John A. Gradle, age 81, of Westmont, IL, beloved husband of Jean, nee McKinley; loving father of William (Sally) Gradle, Louise (John) Wehr and Robert (Sally) Gradle; cherished grandfather of six; dear brother of George (deceased) and Marion Gradle and brother-in-law of Catherine Olson. Mr. Gradle was past President of The Westmont Little League, a Westmont Village Trustee for 14 years, West Suburban Mass Transit District Board Trustee for 18 years. Member of the Holy Name Society, Pastoral Council at Holy Trinity, Mayslake Board for six years and retired from Henry Pratt Co. in 1987.
