Eugene “Gene” Lawrence Brine, of Stillwater, MN formerly of Chicago, IL and Forest Lake, MN. June 14, 1936 to Jan. 21, 2007. Preceded in death by his parents, Viola and Lamont Brine; survived by two brothers, John Lamont “Bud” (Theresa), and Gerald “Gerry” (Beverly); sister Judith Teeples (John); 14 nieces and nephews. Everywhere Gene lived, worked or traveled he made lasting friendships. Until his retirement, Gene worked for 40 years as a floral designer in Chicago and had a following of many loyal customers. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday, Jan. 25 at 11 a.m. at St. Michael Catholic Church, 611 3rd St., Stillwater, MN. Visitation two hours prior to the Mass at the CHURCH.
