Here is sage, useful advice for all pedestrians in the city of Chicago:
Always stay to the right.
Yes, just like on the road while driving, you should always walk down the sidewalk on the right and cross intersections to the right.
Further, you should also look both ways before exiting a storefront so as to not hit anyone.
