President Bush has just gone through a list of terror plots that have been broken up– a plot to crash a plane into a West Coast highrise and an al Qaeda plot to unleash anthrax in the U.S. Nothing about the Miami guys who allegedly wanted to blow up the Sears Tower. Those fellas never get mentioned in any of these speeches.
