Jennifer Gordon wants to sell her body. Not the whole thing, just her pregnant stomach.

Gordon, a lifelong “die-hard Bears fan,” already has airfare booked and a place to stay in Miami — but no Super Bowl tickets.

She’s hoping to remedy that by auctioning off ad space on her nearly nine-months-pregnant belly to the highest bidder — or someone with really, really good seats. It’s a last-ditch attempt by a season-ticket holder who lost out in the Bears lottery.

Single tickets through eBay and ticket brokers currently run $2,000 to $5,000, and ideally, she’d also like to bring her husband.

“My kid will either think I’m the coolest mom ever, or the most embarrassing. There will be no middle ground,” said Gordon, 35, a local publicist and owner of a handbag company.

“I thought it was brilliant,” said husband Mitch Gordon, 37, after he heard the scheme. “It’s certainly cheaper than a Super Bowl ad. Isn’t this what fanatics do?”

The Gordons have already posted ads on craigslist.org and eBay, hoping to attract bidders.

“I do have my standards. It can’t have anything to do with Indianapolis or the Colts,” she said.

She’ll be traveling with a doctor’s note, flying to and from Miami, just before her 36th week of pregnancy — the safety cutoff point imposed by airlines. Her due date is March 10.

If she goes into labor during the game, that’s a chance she’s willing to take.

“Hopefully, it’d be an easy labor,” Jennifer said, “Because I’ll be distracted watching the game.”
