Thomas Church, D.D.S., age 63, at rest on Jan. 14, 2007, resident of the McKinley Park community, loving husband of Ruth Mary, nee Olszewski; devoted son of the late Helen Church. Former faculty member of the Loyola and Northwestern Dental Schools. Member of the Chicago Dental and the American Dental Associations and the Columbia Yacht Club. A unique individual who selflessly donated his time and professional services to help the less fortunate and to further the causes he was passionate about: equal rights amendment, gay and lesbian rights, feminism and supporting the victims of violent crime. Memorial gathering Saturday, January 27, at Wollschlager Funeral Home, 3604 S. Hoyne, from 9 to 11 a.m. Mass at St. Maurice Church, 11 a.m. Private interment will be at Graceland Cemetery.
