For a while, Jim Carrey wouldn’t address rumors he was dating model-actress Jenny McCarthy.
Well, it’s no longer a rumor, and Carrey is opening up. He was just 10 minutes into a news conference to promote his new thriller “The Number 23” when he brought up McCarthy, people.com reports.
Discussing a fake tattoo he wore while filming, Carrey told reporters: “Jenny liked it. It was weird–it’s amazing what a tattoo does for a girl.”
“I feel that our relationship happened at a time that I am more ready than I have ever been in my life to have a relationship,” Carrey said.
