Chicago: Areas of fog lifting this morning. Extensive sun, hazy and increasingly windy. Temps. reach the mildest levels since a 50 (degrees) high on Jan. 5, well over a month ago. Winds gust to 25-30 m.p.h. at times this afternoon. Clouding over, but mild for the season and hazy at night. Winds shift WNW late.
