– Marcia Cross became a mom Tuesday, welcoming fraternal twin daughters, her rep told People magazine Wednesday. The girls, Eden and Savannah, who were born at a Los Angeles hospital, are the first children for the “Desperate Housewives” actress, 44, and her stockbroker husband, Tom Mahoney, 49.
– Trista and Ryan Sutter, who found love on “The Bachelorette,” are expecting their first child, a representative for the couple said Wednesday. The couple met while taping “The Bachelorette” in 2002. They married in a televised 2003 special.
– Ruben Studdard is telling kids in Alabama not to be like him. The “American Idol” winner, who is a spokesman for the Scale Back Alabama weight-loss campaign, spent Tuesday taking a fitness message to schools in hopes of helping Alabama shed its weighty reputation. “I want y’all to continue working out for the rest of your life so you don’t have to start all over like Ruben Studdard, trying to get yourself back into shape,” he said.
– A Hollywood movie studio has filed a lawsuit claiming the Perez Hilton blog posted a stolen topless photograph of Jennifer Aniston on the Web. Universal City Studios Productions LLLP filed the suit Tuesday claiming the stolen image was posted by Mario Lavandeira. The picture was allegedly “misappropriated and illegally copied” during production or post-production of the 2006 hit “The Break-Up,” the suit said. The shot of Aniston was not included in the final version of the movie.
