Bill V. Higgins, age 83, passed away Saturday March 10, 2007 late of Bolingbrook, formerly of Winfield. Loving husband of Irene D. Higgins; dear brother of Patricia (Paul) Schrader. He preceded in death by his parents and one brother. Visitation Monday March 12, 2007 at the Anderson Memorial Chapel, 606 Townhall Dr., in Romeoville from 4 to 8 p.m. with a service that evening at 7 p.m. Services conclude at the funeral home. 815-886-2323
