– Snoop Dogg was held by Stockholm police overnight on suspicion of using illegal narcotics but was released after questioning and drug tests, a police spokesman said Monday. The artist was heading to a party after a concert when police stopped his vehicle.

– Kris Kristofferson, 70, who has written some of country music’s most enduring hits, will receive CMT’s Johnny Cash Visionary Award during a ceremony April 16 in Nashville.

– Heather Mills has accepted a settlement of an estimated$56 million in cash and property from estranged husband Paul McCartney, E!Online says, citing reports by Britain’s News of the World. The reports haven’t been confirmed by either half of the formerly happy couple.
