The sun is shining.

The sky is blue.

The clocks have been moved one hour ahead.

And spring is almost here.

Life is good.

It is a good time to smell the roses.

How often do we take time to do that?

I read so many articles about how people can’t sleep and how so many people are depressed.

When we live in the land of plenty, this seems like a contradiction.

Who do we have to blame for our troubles and woes?

Maybe if we start taking time to smell the roses today, the sun will come out tomorrow.
