I am against this massive budget that Gov. Rod Blagojevich is proposing. How can he again be trying to make a “one-time sale” of one of our assets (i.e., the lottery)? He is spending our resources instead of safeguarding them.
I certainly don’t want the state government to create another office to collect and audit a brand new type of tax on business. Selling the lottery … gross-receipts tax on business; Gov. Rod Blagojevich, what is he thinking?
