If the children don’t succeed in primary schools, we always blame the school system (not enough money, etc.) or, particularly, the teachers. If the students are not willing to learn or do not have the ability (IQ) to comprehend and digest the material presented to them, they will fail. The old saying goes: You can take the horse to the water, but cannot make him drink. So please stop blaming the teachers.
