Sherman, 88, March 26, 2007, beloved husband of the late Ruth Sherman; loving brother of Adell (Herbert) Auerbach and the late Sylvia Gutterman; devoted uncle of Helene (James) Humber, Elise, Evette and Dennis (Julie) Auerbach; dear great uncle of Jennifer (Jeff) Phillips, Amy (Jim) Shih, Adam, Rachel, Benjamin and Holly Auerbach. Funeral Services were held Thursday, March 29, 2007. Interment was at the Westlawn Cemetery, Norridge, IL. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Anshe Sholom Bnai Israel Congregation, 540 W. Melrose, Chicago, IL 60605.
