David A. Cunningham, 68, passed away peacefully at home in Glenview on April 3, 2007. He was the beloved son of Edna, nee Lantz, and the late Robert Cunningham; loving and much loved husband of Marilyn, nee Fitterer, Cunningham; cherished father of Jon (Lisa); doting grandfather of Sydney Brooke; dear brother of Janice (Ted) Dannis, Jean (Robert) Mickelsen, Phyllis (Adolph) Novello and Gary (Shari) Cunningham; special brother-in-law of Connie, nee Fitterer, Gamber and Timothy Fitterer. He was surrogate father to his nieces, Kathryn and Elizabeth Gamber; a source of inspiration to his nephew, Matthew Mickelson; and a fond uncle and great-uncle to many. David was blessed with many loving, supportive friends. The world has lost a brilliant artist and beautiful human being. Memorial visitation 3 to 7 p.m. Friday at N.H.
