Chicago: Some lingering morning showers end, leaving a rather cloudy day. Highs top out around 70 (degrees), but temperatures tumble by Lake Michigan in the afternoon as winds shift into the northeast. Partly cloudy overnight. Lows in the middle/upper 40s.
