New shipments of Beyonce’s album, “B’Day Deluxe Edition” will not include a remake of the song “I’m Kissing You” until a dispute about legal clearances are resolved, the pop star’s management company said Friday. A copyright infringement suit was filed on behalf of the song’s co-writers, claiming that Beyonce’s label didn’t have permission to release the remake, called “Still In Love (Kissing You).”
