Thomas “Tom” E. Adamski, age 66, of Frankfort, for 14 years, formerly of Oak Forest, passed away April 30. He was a policeman for the Cook County Sheriff. Tom is survived by his loving family: wife Edie, nee Panik, Adamski; son, Michael (Catie) Adamski; daughter, Lynn (Kevin) Winans; brothers, Bill (Donna) Adamski, Rich (Rose) Adamski and Al (Lois) Adamski; five grandchildren: Kalin, Kara, Kirsten, Kady and Christopher; also many nieces, nephews and godchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Casimir and Helen, nee Kokes, Adamski. Family will receive friends at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 65 Old Frankfort Way (Corner of LaGrange Rd., south of Lincoln Hwy), Frankfort, IL 60423 on Thursday May, 3 2007 from 2 to 8 p.m. Lying in state, Friday May 4, 2007 at Living Hope Lutheran Church, Frankfort from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
