Embattled “Grey’s Anatomy” star Isaiah Washington will appear in a public service announcement on behalf of the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation and the Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network, The Associated Press reports. Washington ran into trouble in January after he used an anti-gay slur during a backstage news conference while denying he’d used it previously against castmate T.R. Knight.
