William E. Bingham, age 80, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2007 at Silver Cross Hospital in Joliet. Born in Chicago, living in New Lenox for over 38 years, formerly of Tinley Park. Employed by Panduit Corp. as V.P. of Operations and Production for many years retiring in 1992. Member of Jude’s Parish New Lenox, C.C. Boyle Knights of Columbus Council Tinley Park, a WWII U.S. Marine Veteran, and Life Member of Mokena VFW William Martin Post 725. He was preceded in death by his wife Greta C., nee Kitchen, Bingham; a grandson, Jonathon Healy; his parents, Hood and Clara, nee Thometz; and a brother William in infancy. He is survived by his loving family: his 12 children Michael (Mary) Bingham, Peter (Donna) Bingham, Christine (Arlie) Marks, Toni (Brian) Burich, Susan Bingham, Joan Downey, Judy (Barry) Healy, William D. (Laura) Bingham, Elizabeth (Kevin) Sallese, Sr. Mary Rose Bingham, Barbara (Louie) Tomasino, Patricia (Frank) Bertucci; 32 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; his twin brother, Matthew (Mildred); sister, Helen (William) Mackey; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Family will receive friends at the Kurtz Memorial Chapel, 102 E. Francis Road, New Lenox Sunday, May 6, 2007 from 3 to 7 p.m. Prayer service Monday, May 7, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel following to St. Jude Catholic Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Interment Schoolcraft Township Cemetery, Lake Linden, MI.
