Caffeine. Is it in you? Check out the list of caffeinated beverages to see how many milligrams of the stimulant you’re sipping, according to a list compiled by the Mayo Clinic, beverage manufacturers and a study by Kansas State University.
Remember: For an average-size, healthy adult, caffeine amounts should not exceed 200 to 300 milligrams a day, according to the American Dietetic Association. The figures below are in milligrams of caffeine.
