Minch, nee Fendoni,91, a resident of Matteson and formerly of Chicago and Bourbonnais, IL, at rest May 6, 2007, born April 5, 1916 in Chicago, beloved wife of the late Harold Smith and the late Lloyd Minch; loving mother of Harold (Carol) Smith of Plainfield; dear grandma of Michael (Joan) Smith of Plainfield and Suzanne (Michael) Mance of Frankfort; fond great-grandma of Jeremy Vincent Smith, Kyle Joshua Mance, Robert and Cory Stover; devoted daughter of the late Dominic and Mary Fendoni; sister of Lena Pertile of Jacksonville, FL; and five deceased siblings; aunt of many. Victoria grew up in Chicago’s Roseland neighborhood and worked for Chicago Bridge and Iron, Chicago and Bourbonnais. She enjoyed shopping and watching television.
