Yankees RHP Scott Proctor 4 games and fined him undisclosed amount for intentionally throwing at Seattle INF Yuniesky Betancourt in May 6 game. Suspended N.Y. Yankees manager Joe Torre 1 game and fined him undisclosed amount for intentional actions of Proctor after warnings were issued.
