With the assistance of a Jumbotron and a jumbo ring, actor Nick Cannon proposed to his girlfriend, Victoria’s Secret model Selita Ebanks, in Times Square on Monday night.
After leaving the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Gala, the couple was chauffeured to Times Square in a Rolls Royce where the words, “Selita will you marry me?” were displayed on an MTV Jumbotron, Cannon’s rep told people.com. He presented her a 12-carat diamond ring!
The couple celebrated the engagement with friends and families at a N.Y. nightclub, People said, and caught a private flight back to L.A., where Cannon is working on his next film.
