David T. “Dave” Powers, age 46, a resident of Joliet, IL, formerly of Broadview and Addison, IL, died suddenly Saturday, May 5, 2007 at Silver Cross Hospital, Joliet as a result of an automobile accident. He was born Aug. 19, 1960 in Oak Park, IL. David is survived by his daughter, Rebecca Powers of Addison; a brother, Edward J., Jr. (Patricia A.) Powers of Lisle, IL; a sister, Mary Kay (Kenneth) Snell of Michigan; several nieces and nephews; former spouse, Sandra Johnson of Addison. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward J., Sr. and Mary Virginia, nee Cogan, Powers. Memorial Visitation Saturday, May 12, 2 to 4 p.m. at Friedrich-Jones Funeral Home,44 S.
