First Paris Hilton canned her publicist; now he’s back on board.
Ah, the fickle life of a socialite facing jail time.
Elliot Mintz confirmed to The Associated Press that he is again representing Hilton. It was a different story Sunday, when Mintz issued a statement saying he and Hilton had parted ways.
In the meantime, Hilton must report to prison by June 5, but her fans have posted a petition on the Internet urging California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger to pardon her.
A spokesman for The Governator said Arnold won’t be rushing to Hilton’s rescue just yet, adding “it would be premature for the governor to get involved until the individual has exhausted his or her judicial remedies.”
