MainStreet Libertyville will sponsor “Car Fun on 21” from 6 to 9 p.m. May 16, June 20, July 18 and Aug. 15. HOMEWOOD RAIL DAYS
The Homewood Rail Committee hosts its 4th annual Homewood Railroad Heritage Days May 19 and 20. It will include a free “Rail Slide Show” from 7 to 10 p.m. May 19 at the St. Paul Community Church located at 18200 Dixie Hwy. “Railfest,” from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m May 20 at the Homewood Municipal Center/Park District Auditorium, Dixie Highway and Chestnut Road, will include model train layouts in “O” scale, “HO” scale and “N” scale. ANTIQUE MEET
The Silver Springs Chapter of Illinois Region Antique Automobile Club of America hosts its 36th annual Auto Show May 27. The show, swap meet and craft show will be held from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Sandwich Fairgrounds. The fee to show a car is $10 and $20 for a spot in the corral.
