The organizer of past concerts Live Aid and Live 8, Bob Geldof, is criticizing our do-gooding former VP, Al Gore. Gore is putting together international Live Earth music events on July 7. Geldof said he hopes the concerts are a success, but he seems to question Gore’s motives though. “But why is [Gore] actually organizing them? To make us aware of the greenhouse effect? Everybody’s known about that problem for years. We are all [bleep] conscious of global warming,” Geldof said to a Dutch newspaper, according to The Associated Press.
