If Britney Spears needs a little inspiration to sing again, she need look no further than her own version of Mini-Me.
Terra Jole, a 4-foot-2 former member of the tribute band MiniKiss, has been touring the country and booking private shows as Mini Britney Spears.
“Everyone told me I resemble her and I thought why not go with the hand given to you,” Jole told RedEye in a phone interview. “I’ve always loved her music.” She sang at a corporate Super Bowl party this year, and the act took off from there.
In her red vinyl “Oops I Did It Again” outfit, Mini Britney shows off some of the pop star’s moves while singing “Toxic” in a video clip posted on myspace.com/minibritneyspears.
Jole has met Spears once, but it was before they became “twins.” “We worked together briefly at the VH1 Music Awards a long time ago when I was performing with blink-182,” Jole said. “It was literally a ‘hi, bye.’ I was just one of many little people” who performed with the pop punk band.
