Chicago: Much cooler! Temps nearly 20(degrees) cooler than Tuesday and 8(degrees) below normal. Clouds break early allowing mixed sun, but rebuild this afternoon. Some scattered showers and possible t-storms later today but more likely this evening into Wednesday night.
