Booted “American Idol” contestant Phil Stacey will get to tour with the rest of the idols this summer — his commanding officers gave him the OK, Us Weekly reports. The sixth-place finisher will join the other top 10 finishers and kick off the nationwide tour in Sunrise, Fla., on July 6.
