Rapper-actress Eve pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor drunken-driving charges stemming from a traffic accident last month, billboard.com reports. Eve wasn’t at the hearing on Tuesday — her attorney pleaded for her. Her next court date is June 28, and she could face a maximum of six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
