*Chrysler Group is recalling more than 400,000 2005 Dodge Caravan and Chrysler Town & Country minivans with air bags that may not deploy because of corrosion on the sensors in states that use large amounts of road salt. 5-20-07

*Ford is recalling more than 500,000 2001-04 Escape sport-utility vehicles after receiving reports of engine fires linked to corrosion on anti-lock brake connectors. 4-15-07

* Honda is recalling 166,500 2005 Accord and Accord Hybrid sedans and Odyssey minivans and 2006 Ridgeline pickups and 2005 Acura TL, RL and TSX sedans to fix an electrical flaw in the fuel-pump relay. 3-25-07

* Chrysler is recalling about 478,000 2004-06 Dodge Durango and 2006-07 Jeep Liberty SUVs to repair heating-and-cooling blowers and an instrument-panel circuit. 3-18-07

* Chrysler is recalling 10,994 2008 Dodge Avengers to modify front-door latches. 3-18-07

* Ford is recalling 109,664 2003-05 Crown Victoria police cars because cracks can develop in their steel wheels that could cause rapid tire air loss in high-speed pursuits. 3-18-07

*Ford is recalling 155,000 2003 F-150, F-250, F-350, F-450 and F-550 Super Duty and Lincoln Blackwood pickups and Ford Excursion SUVs to repair a cruise-control switch. 3-11-07

*GM is recalling 13,000, or almost all, 2007 Saturn Outlook and GMC Acadia SUVs because front air bags may fail to deploy in a crash. 3-4-07

*Volkswagen is recalling 790,000 1999-06 Golfs and GTIs, 2001-05 Jettas, 2001-07 Beetles and 2004 R32s because of problems with the brake-light switch. 3-4-07

*Chrysler is recalling 86,333 2006 Dodge Ram pickups because their front-wheel bearings may not have enough grease. 2-25-07

*Toyota is recalling 533,000 2004-06 Tundra pickups and 2004-07 Sequoia SUVs over potential steering problems. 1-28-07

*Chevrolet is recalling 98,707 2005-06 Cobalt sedans to upgrade head protection. 1-28-07

*Honda is recalling 81,000 2004-05 Accord sedans because an air bag-related sensor may fail. 1-21-07

*Toyota is recalling 160 2007 Camry Solara coupes over a tether strap that may keep the side-curtain air bags from inflating properly. 12-24-06

*Toyota is recalling more than 200,000 2001-03 Highlander and 2001-02 RAV4 sport-utility vehicles to fix a problem with the ”check engine” light. 12-10-06

*Chrysler is recalling 127,928 2005-06 Pacificas with fuel-pump modules and powertrain-control module software that may allow the engine to stall under certain conditions. 12-3-06

*Chrysler is recalling 2,258 2007 Sebring sedans to replace a latch part that may break and allow the hood to open while driving. 12-3-06

*Ford is recalling 422 2007 Crown Victoria and Mercury Grand Marquis sedans to properly secure the windshield to the body. 12-3-06

*Chrysler is mailing an owner’s manual addendum to owners of 18,245 2007 Jeep Compass SUVs to include required warning information about the higher risk of rollover in an SUV. 12-3-06

*Audi is recalling more than 28,000 1996-97 A4 sedans because of problems with the ignition switch that could prevent windshield wipers and headlights from operating. 11-5-06
