Brandy is suing a man that was injured in a deadly freeway accident the singer was involved in last December. The singer contends that the man, who is also suing Brandy, caused the accident. In court papers filed Wednesday, The Associated Press reports, Brandy denies allegations made against her in a previous lawsuit, asserts her 5th Amendment privileges against self-incrimination and requests a jury trial.
