A manager at a Miami Wendy’s was shot several times Tuesday trying to protect chili sauce, police said. A man in the drive-through argued with an employee because he wanted more of the condiment, police said. Despite being told there was a 3-pack maximum, the man insisted on 10, police said. The employee complied, but police said the customer wanted even more. When the manager intervened, the customer shot him. His injuries were not life-threatening.
