I LOVE …

… a day at Arlington Park Racetrack! Nothing is nicer than a day in the sun, watching the ponies and hoping for a big win.

— Kayde Roberson, Wilmette

… the waiting area at DuPage Jeep Chrysler [800 E. Roosevelt Rd.] in Wheaton. The bright yellow waiting room is decorated in French Country style … I feel like I am in someone’s kitchen-dining area.

— Diane Martin, Wheaton

… Caramel Coolers made with decaf at the Caribou Coffee [16205-G S. Harlem Ave.] in Tinley Park. The only thing better is their exceptional and very friendly staff. What a great place to treat yourself to a little decadence!

— Glenda Burgh, Tinley Park

— Steve Siciliano, Chicago

Therefore, people are squeezed onto an 8-foot-wide bike lane, making the experience less enjoyable and more irritating.

— Ginny Erwin, Chicago

… backyard trampolines when they become noisy neighborhood playgrounds, making adjacent yards and decks useless for relaxation.

— Louis Mercuri, River Forest
