David Hyde Pierce, actor and former star of “Fraiser,” has officially come out of the closet, Us Weekly reports. The Web site afterelton.com reported that an Associated Press article referred to Pierce’s “partner,” thereby outing him. When the Web site called Pierce’s rep, The Associated Press story was confirmed. Afterelton.com claims that Pierce’s sexuality “has always been an open secret within the artistic community.”
