Clara A. Sobczak, nee Lauer, age 79, of Chicago, IL passed away peacefully on June 1, 2007. She was the loving and devoted wife of 60 years to the late Walter J.; five daughters Sandy (Steve) Konzen, Susan (Kyle) Erbacher, Pamela (the late Ray) Kruse, Debra (Roy) Selby and Sheila (Gerry) Stelter; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sister Betty (Andy) Van Echo; she was preceded in death by her parents Anthony “Ray” and Ann Lauer; and a brother Bill. She was an extremely loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and friend. First and foremost she had a heart of gold for her friends and family. She was always there. Her hobbies were her family, cards and gardening. She will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends.
