Peter Cameron Brandt, 79, died May 27, 2007. Wife of Harriet, nee Jackman; father of Carolyn (Tom) Broughton and Peggy Brandt; grandfather of Matthew and Christine Broughton; brother of A. Wilbur “Bill” Brandt. Mr. Brandt enjoyed singing with barbershop choruses in Evanston and Chicago as well playing the banjo, in recent years playing regularly with ‘The Windy City Jammers’ of Chicago. His favorite summer activity was riding his bike to his beloved Lighthouse Beach in Evanston. Memorial service and interment will be held at 10 am, Thursday, June 14 at St. Matthews Episcopal Church, 2120 Lincoln St., Evanston, IL 60201.
