A mass celebrating his life will be held at St. Matthew Church, 1001 Schaumburg Rd., Schaumburg on Tuesday, June 5 at 11:30 a.m. Born on March 8, 1931 in Chicago, he passed away Friday, June 1 with his loving family at his side after a courageous battle with cancer. Skip was the beloved husband of Joyce, nee Quesnell for 56 years; loving father to Linda (Will) Vitols, Peggy Garcianetti, Bill (Gloria) Cairns, Jeanne (Bill) Kulinski, Michael (Linda) Cairns and Marianne (Tim) Czischki; he was the best grandpa to 15 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
