Andrew Fredrickson, 57, of Farmers Branch, TX, died peacefully at home on May 25. A graduate of Niles West High School and SMU (Dallas), Andy was Associate Regional Administrator, Medicaid and Children’s Health, CMM, Dallas. Survivors include his wife, Peggy; sons Jason and Nate; mother Martha Fredrickson, sister Lin Fredrickson, and the Ekenberg family. A memorial service was held in Addison,TX.
