David A. “Dave” Steffens, 56, of Huntley formerly of Elk Grove Village and Lincoln, died suddenly. Beloved husband of Patricia, nee Lacny, for 33 years; loving father of Kristy (Jeremy) Hayes; dear son of Doris and the late Merritt Steffens; cherished brother of Dale (Bonnie), Darrell (Kathy) and Darla (Darrell) Davis; favorite uncle of many nieces and nephews. Dave was a wonderful husband, father, son, brother and friend. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Memorial visitation at the Ahlgrim & Sons Funeral and Cremation Services, 330 W.
