Summer Frost
Sugar the rim of an 8-ounce glass. Fill with unsweetened iced green tea. Add 1 shot of creme de menthe, stir and garnish with a spring of mint.

Whiskey Spiked Peach Iced Tea
Bring 1 quart water to a boil in a small saucepan; remove from the heat, add 6 black tea bags, and let steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and stir in 2 tablespoons sugar until dissolved. Transfer to a pitcher, add 2 cups peach nectar, and stir to combine. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Fill 6 to 8 tall glasses with ice. Pour peach tea over, leaving some room at the top for the whiskey. Stir in 1 shot of bourbon to each glass and garnish with a peach slice and fresh mint sprig.
