Frances Weinstein, nee Wittner, 86, formerly of Chicago, passed away on June 1, 2007, in Scottsdale, AZ. She was the adored wife of the late Melvin Weinstein; cherished mother of Karen (Dr. Barry) Weiss; treasured grandmother of Robert (Patty) Weiss, Nancy Taitz and Allison Weiss; and great-grandmother “Granny Franny” to Hayley, Zach, Lindsay, Nicole, Peter, Anabelle and Molly; devoted aunt and loyal friend to many. Founder and dedicated supporter of the Rancho Bernardo Chapter of the City of Hope in San Diego.
