Harry Katz, June 23, 1919 to May 23, 2007, died in Los Angeles after a long illness. Harry was born in Poland and arrived in the U.S. in 1921. Harry is survived by sisters Dorothy (David Howell), Rosi Flamm and brothers Jack (Ann) and Phili (Judy); many nieces and nephews. Harry’s casket will be flag-draped as a combat veteran of Guadalcanal. Graveside funeral services Monday, 10 a.m. at Westlawn Cemetery, 7801 W. Montrose Ave., Norridge, Orchid Section.
