Mango-colada smoothie
Ingredients
2 cups frozen mango
1 (6-ounce) can unsweetened pineapple juice
1/2 cup light coconut milk
1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
Directions (same for all three smoothies)
Combine in blender and puree. Makes 2 servings.
