Smoothies take five minutes to make and are wonderfully refreshing in warm weather. And how great is it that something that tastes like a decadent milkshake actually is really good for you? Here are three to try.

Mango-colada smoothie

Ingredients

2 cups frozen mango

1 (6-ounce) can unsweetened pineapple juice

1/2 cup light coconut milk

1/4 teaspoon coconut extract

Directions (same for all three smoothies)

Combine in blender and puree. Makes 2 servings.

The Elvis smoothie

1 banana

3 ice cubes (more to make it thicker)

1 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt

6 ounces silken tofu
