Daniel James O’Leary, of Lyons, born July 23, 1943, died June 16, 2007, cherished son of the late Donald and Clara O’Leary; loving father of Patricia, Patrick and Michelle; dear brother of Maureen (Richard) Simmermon and the late Donald; fond uncle and great-uncle; loyal and beloved employee of Children’s Memorial Hospital and Research Center for 18 years. Visitation Tuesday, 3 until time of service 8 p.m. at the Countryside Funeral Home, 1640 Greenmeadows Blvd. (at Barrington Rd.), Streamwood/Schaumburg. Cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory.
