Sr. and the late Helen, nee Koehler, Hoffman; dearest sister of Henry Jr. (Helen) Hoffman, Marge (Dean) Branson and the late Helen (Ben) Titus; fond aunt of many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great nephews; devoted friend of Colleen Lisuzzo.
