*Kristy Swanson has exchanged assault charges with the ex-wife of her companion and former “Skating With Celebrities” partner, Lloyd Eisler. Police took pictures Sunday of bruises on Swanson’s back and other parts of her body to document injuries she claimed she got during a scuffle with Eisler’s ex-wife, Marcia O’Brien, on Friday in Canada, said Swanson spokesman Michael Sands. But O’Brien filed a complaint against Swanson first. Swanson, 37, told People magazine she was arrested Saturday for allegedly assaulting O’Brien.
